1. Identification

Website design and development, hosting and maintenance, as set out in the proposal accepted by the client.

Prices are indicative “from” values, excluding VAT. The final price is stated in the written proposal.

50% on acceptance and 50% on delivery. Methods: card, MB WAY, Klarna and bank transfer.

Consumer clients have 14 days to withdraw from distance contracts, unless the service was fully performed with their prior agreement.

After full payment, rights over the delivered website transfer to the client, except third-party components.

We are responsible for the work delivered under the proposal. We are not responsible for changes made by third parties after delivery.

Portuguese law applies. In consumer disputes, the consumer may turn to an alternative dispute resolution body; information at www.consumidor.gov.pt.
