2. Data we collect
Name, email, message and package of interest submitted in the contact form; the minimum technical data needed for the site to work.
3. Purposes and legal basis
Answering quote requests (pre-contractual steps, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); statistical analysis only with consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).
4. Retention
Contact data is kept for 24 months after the last contact, unless a legal obligation applies (invoicing data: 10 years).
5. Processors and transfers
Cloudflare (hosting), the form provider and Stripe (payments). Transfers outside the EEA only with appropriate safeguards.
6. Cookies
We use essential cookies. Analytics cookies are only enabled after consent in the banner, which can be changed in “Cookie preferences” in the footer. Site fonts are hosted on our own domain.
7. Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent — via [email protected]. You may complain to the Portuguese data protection authority (CNPD, www.cnpd.pt).
